  • Shawn Ward

    Shawn Ward

    CEO & Co-Founder

     

    Shawn is Geezeo’s CEO and leads the organization's third party partnerships and investor relationships. Along with his co-founder, Pete Glyman, he directs the organization's strategic initiatives.

    Prior to starting Geezeo, Shawn was General Manager of Gainskeeper, a division of Wolters Kluwer Financial Services Software (WKFS) division. In the two years under his leadership, GainsKeeper grew revenues 150+%, the staff doubled, and the division was made profitable for the first time. Shawn was also corporate development strategist for WKFS where he evaluated potential acquisition candidates, divestures, and organic product build-outs. Shawn ran product development for GainsKeeper prior to the firm being acquired by Wolters Kluwer.

    After studies at Boston University and Northeastern, Shawn spent more than eight years in various product management and analyst roles at Fidelity Investments. It was then that he realized technology could do so much more to enhance people’s financial well being.

    Shawn, his wife and three daughters, live in Milton, Massachusetts. They enjoy a variety of outdoor activities and are avid fans of the Cape. Shawn is a loyal Red Sox and Patriots fan, and stands by his team through thick and thin. Shawn is currently serving on the Board of the Association of Financial Technology.

  • Pete Glyman

    Peter Glyman

    President & Co-Founder

     

    Pete co-founded Geezeo with Shawn in 2006. He is President of the company and directs all product development while focusing on Geezeo’s organizational strategy and market penetration.

    Prior to founding Geezeo, Pete was Director of Business Development, Brokerage Products, for GainsKeeper. He was responsible for global sales and marketing, and has been credited with propelling that organization to new heights.

    Pete is an avid social media disciple and very active in the financial services Twittersphere and blogosphere. He is also a skilled presenter and enjoys talking about social media strategy, online delivery and the transformation of online banking 2.0. Pete has been quoted in American Banker, The Washington Post, LA Times, MSNBC.com and appeared on CNBC's “On The Money".

    Pete lives in Tolland, CT with his wife and twin daughters. He enjoys the great outdoors with a passion, when not absorbed with music and technology. Pete plays guitar, has a new love of old vinyl, and now actively collects classic rock LPs.

  • Bryan Clagett

    Bryan E. Clagett

    Chief Marketing Officer

     

    As chief marketing officer of Geezeo, Bryan is a principle driver of Geezeo's global marketing and client services efforts.

    Prior to joining Geezeo, Bryan was the executive vice president of client development at Raoust+Partners, a marketing firm that supports the brand communication needs of financial institutions. He joined Raoust in 2004 after eight years with New Jersey’s Affinity Federal Credit Union, where he served as vice president of marketing and E-commerce. While at Affinity, he served on the executive leadership team.

    Before his entry into the credit union industry, Bryan worked in marketing and product management positions at Summit Bancorp and CoreStates Financial Corp. While at Summit, he directed the organization's retail banking incentive program and managed deposit-based product development. At CoreStates, Bryan managed the corporate and retail marketing function for the 88 branches of the New Jersey subsidiary, New Jersey National Bank.

    Bryan holds a BA from New England College. In addition to graduate studies in marketing, he has completed Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Rutgers University. He has been a presenter for the Virginia and Florida Credit Union Leagues, American Banker, CUES and Digital Insight’s Client Conference.

    An avid boater, Bryan resides in Williamsburg, Virginia, with his wife and two children. He is currently on the Board of Center for Child and Family Service, a former trustee of The Peninsula Fine Arts Center and a 2006 graduate of Leadership Hampton Roads.

  • James Elwood

    James Elwood

    Chief Technology Officer

     

    Charged with managing the overall enterprise architecture and security of the Geezeo product suite, James focuses on providing the most secure and stable platform possible. A member of the Ping Identity SaaS Advisory Board, James is a graduate of CCSU and the Phoenix University MBA program. In his rare free time, he can be found chasing his daughter from behind his camera or raving about the latest obscure album he stumbled upon.

  • Steve Nigri

    Vice President Sales

     

    A seasoned professional, Steve leads Geezeo’s sales efforts. And clients enjoy working with Steve because he never leaves them feeling “sold”. A native of the ATL and University of Kentucky grad, Steve now calls the Big Apple home. You'll often find Steve on the road touring the Geezeo Nation, meeting with prospects and attending a variety of industry events.

    Prior to Geezeo, Steve was with The Deal, where he was National Sales Manager for Financial Services & Legal Markets.

  • Ruthann Paulin

    Ruthann Paulin

    Vice President Client Success

     

    Ruthann has been with Geezeo from the beginning, and that says a lot. With responsibility for Geezeo’s Client Success team, Ruthann has a passion for providing clients with the best client experience possible. Clients view her as their advocate. A UMASS Amherst grad, Ruthann spends her free time decorating her new home, enjoying her family's apple orchard in Maine, and spending time with her children.

    Armed with an MBA from Penn State, Jim has 20 years of marketing and leadership experience, including more than 15 years in financial services. Most recently Jim was VP Marketing at 1st Advantage FCU. In addition to presenting at Brand ManageCamp, the Virginia Credit Union League, and NAFCU’s Strategic Marketing Conference, Jim has served on the product advisory board of Andera and was a member of the CU24 Marketing Exchange and Deluxe Collaborative. Jim and his wife and 2 children live in St. Joseph, MI.

    Sheri has worked in financial services her entire career - covering large national & global investment firms, to small, start up technology firms. The majority of her time has been spent with the management of game-changing projects - either focusing on increasing efficiencies and/or reducing costs dramatically. And she is always looking for ways to work & communicate more effectively with clients.

    Sheri enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, especially on her annual college football trip, & playing all sports and games.
