History & Milestones
- May 2006 — Shawn Ward and Peter Glyman co-found Geezeo to create web-based, mobile tools that help people better manage their finances and reach their financial goals.
- May 2007 — Geezeo launches mobile solution. Consumers use SMS/text messaging to check account balances from multiple bank accounts.
- July 2007 — Geezeo launches its flagship web-based Personal Finance Management (PFM) solution. The Geezeo PFM solution combines account aggregation, expense tracking, and budgeting.
- February 2009 — Geezeo launches a custom Personal Finance Management (PFM) suite including community and content platform for financial institutions and credit unions.
- May 2009 — First White Label PFM client is announced. Stanford Federal Credit Union signs on as the company's charter PFM client.
- December 2009 — Year ends with Geezeo having 3 retail banking clients.
- January 2010 — 1st Mariner Bank of Baltimore becomes the first US bank to offer Geezeo’s White Label PFM and Community solutions.
- February 2010 — Geezeo becomes a Symitar Vendor Integration partner.
- August 2010 — Geezeo annouces CUES partnership.
- December 2010 — Geezeo ends 2010 with 13 retail clients.
- January 2011 — Geezeo starts offering online marketing solutions through its Geezeo Interactive division.
- February 2011 — Central Bancorp signs with Geezeo, adding 13 retail banks to Geezeo client roster.
- March 2011 — Geezeo offers Referral Engine, signs 3 clients immediately.
